City Guide: Ciudad Juarez

Challenges in business are a given, but it’s our response to them that defines our trajectory. Looking beyond the immediate obstacle, there lies a realm of opportunity and learning.

Ciudad Juarez is the sister city of El Paso and second largest Mexican border city after Tijuana. It has a storied and violent past but recently the crime rate has significantly reduced, making it safe for tourists today.

There are several bridges for crossing the border by land, the main one being the Santa Fe Bridge connecting to downtown El Paso.

Once you’re in Juarez it is relatively cheap to travel by uber. Juarez also has an airport with cheap connections to other destinations in Mexico .

If you like shopping, there are many things that better to buy while you’re in Mexico including ceramics, blankets, real vanilla, pharmaceuticals, etc.
